Veneto is a land with a great love for horses, but it is also full of history and luxuriant vegetation. Excellent food and good wine are another reason to disover this beautiful Italian region.
Ride around Monteforte D’Alpone and discover the valley of the same name, full of history, of great charm and traditions that are still handed down from generation to generation.
Accomodation

Accommodations
This is a stationary ride, so all nights are spent at the same location.
Description
You are accommodated at an apartment near the equestrian center.
There is one bedroom as well as 1 sofa / bed in the living room. Bathroom is shared between guests of the apartment. There is no Wi-Fi available.
It is possible to upgrade to an hotel for an extra fee (ask for a quote).
Room Occupancy
In case you are a solo traveler, the single supplement fee is mandatory.

Meals
All breakfasts are included but lunches and dinners need to be paid extra (except for lunch on the last day).
Meals feature local products and recipes.

Riding
Itinerary

Sample Itinerary - subject to changes
Please, note that the itinerary below is to be considered indicative. It may be subject to variations due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Day 1: Arrival
Plan to arrive at the riding center in Monteforte D’alpone in late morning / early afternoon. You will be introduced to the gentle horsemanship techniques used by the owner of the riding center.

Overnight at farmhouse in Monteforte D’alpone
Day 2: Volcanic Wine Park Ride
After breakfast, meeting at the stables and ride for half a day. We will ride through the vineyards of the Volcanic Wine Park of Vino Soave, visiting the religious path of the 10 capitals and the cave of the Madonna della Bassanella, Piazza Scheeti and back with a view of the Euganean and Colli Barici hills.
We suggest dedicating the rest of the day to visiting the medieval town of Soave, in particular the Cathedral of Lorenzo Martire, the Palace of Justice and the Zanella Park.

Overnight at farmhouse in Monteforte D’alpone
Day 3: Castle Ride
Today, you go for another ride in the surrounding vineyards. You will live a unique experience as you will enter the Castle of Soave on horseback. There, a guide will explain the history of the castle: a typical medieval military building which represents one of the best examples of castle structure in the Veneto region. Return to the stables in the afternoon. Independent departure or continuation of your stay.
