Meals

All meals are included and the ranch’s staff specializes in dining with an upscale flair.

Dining ranges from traditional homemade favorites to BBQ steak cookouts and Mexican cuisine. The in-house chef specializes in fresh breads and homemade desserts. Most meals are served buffet style, although family seating and private dining are options as well.
Usually, breakfast and dinners are eaten at the ranch and lunches are eaten on the trail.

Breakfast
The day begins with your choice of a light breakfast or a meal to fill you up for the day. We provide fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal for those that prefer something simple. Our hot breakfast menu varies from pancakes & waffles to bacon, sausages, and eggs. Weekly breakfast rides are generally a favorite. Enjoy fresh blueberry pancakes cooked on an open grill out on the trail. There is just something about the morning fresh air to entice an appetite.

Lunch
Return from your morning ride for a delicious midday meal. We offer hot or cold entrees, fresh salads, BBQ cookouts, and some of the best cookies and dessert squares you have ever tasted! Remember to pack a few extra treats for your afternoon ride.

Dinner
The most social time at the Ranch, this is a time to sit back, relax and enjoy another exquisite meal. Freshly baked breads and salads with a selection of vegetables and meats will impress even the most discerning connoisseurs. Our fantastic homemade desserts will end your perfect day on a sweet note.

Drinks are available for an additional cost at the bar.
