Enjoyed the most

Lovely accommodations in the "straw haus" bunkhouse. Not a resort type trip. A real working cattle ranch where you go along with the family and others doing real ranch work with cattle.

Weather was unpredictable at this time of year and we encountered sunshine, rain and snow during the week, plus wind from 11am on. This was not entirely unexpected because of the time of the year. Just be prepared.

Hard to single an activity out since I enjoyed EVERYTHING we did but I especially enjoyed the comradarie after a ride, at the dinner table as we entertained each other w/ our antics during the herding!

I'm a vegetarian and I was herding cattle :(
