Nothing bothered me, but you have to be aware of how different riding is North Africa. The country is really poor and you get to experience that first hand when you ride through these small villages.

I've booked with Hidden Trails before.

I was expecting a ride off the beaten track and that's exactly what we got. Great scenery is so much different from riding in Europe or North America.

My overall experience for this ride is very good plus. One saddle I rode on was in need of some repair, but the other saddle was really good. As far as accommodations, also very good as much as you can expect from a hotel or B&B in Morocco. Very kind people and the food overall was excellent. Our group only consisted of my cousin and me, so we felt spoiled by the team around us.

Lots of trash and rubbish around some of the 5owns in Morocco.

I loved the scenery. ..the food was so good and all the girls on the trip were very nice and supportive. The other women were all very strong experienced riders.

I was not prepared for the fast pace. But I learned alot about my abilities. Be sure you are physically up for a lot of cantering.

The riding was fantastic and the meals were very good.

Enjoyed the most: The horses were awesome and the ride was a great mix of slow and fast.

Bothered you: As much as I enjoyed seeing their culture, it was a little difficult to get used to.

Comments: Our guide packed a lot into one day (travelling, riding and visiting), so this ride requires good endurance.  Accommodations were good considering we were camping, but now that I've done that, I realize I prefer a real bed and bathroom each night.  
 

Enjoyed the most: The sightseeing was terrific. Especially enjoyed the medina in Fez, & also the trip to Meknes, all the trips were very enjoyable. I would recommend the holiday for experienced riders only, as there is lots of galloping, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Bothered you: The hotel accommodation was very good, on the 3 nights spent in hotels, but the tents & the camping beds were not to my liking. This is the reason for me putting only satisfactory for the accommodation.

Comments: This was a very good holiday & the guide Renata was excellent, & her English was very good.  She was most informative, & told me all about the history of the country.  I would certainly recommend the holiday.

Bothered you: Crossing the ditch but it was an exception.

Comments: Were looking for a fast ride and we got one!

Enjoyed the most: Our guide really gave us an "insider" view of Morocco. And the food was incredible, very authentic and delicious.

Bothered you: The bathroom tent and "shower" tent. But I don't really have a complaint coming because your literature was very accurate about how basic the accommodations would be. Maybe I'm just getting too old for that level of roughing it!

Enjoyed the most: The scenery. The food was fabulous. The long gallops. The quiet. The trip was everything I'd hoped for, and more.

Bothered: Trip almost cancelled for lack of riders. :(

Comments: I will continue to recommend Hidden Trails and the Moroccan riding company.
I did not expect a 'luxurious' camping trip, and it wasn't - which was fine - and the guide, the cook, and the groom were experienced and were great company.  I felt safe and with friends. 

Enjoyed the most: The riding was very good and my horse was excellent.

Bothered you: Nothing really bothered me although the weather was not great at first and it would have been nice to have a little more time to see both Fez and Meknes.
