Enjoyed the most: Really enjoyed staying at the farmhouse and meeting Jenny Bawtree and her wonderful staff. Food was terrific and I enjoyed the riding very much. I also liked the opportunity to tour the small towns of Tuscany during our free time.

The whole trip was an exceptional adventure for me. I always will always feel welcome at "Rendola" because the people made me feel at home. The staff was accommodating, horses were beautiful and well trained. This trip is exactly what was described. A basic, relaxing and very educational experience which included some beautiful trail rides. As a single traveler, this trip was exceptional as the hostess is also an educated historian of the region and shared her wealth of knowledge on the trail and the historical areas we visited in Tuscany which included Siena and Arezzo. I had my own private guide.

Have traveled with Hidden Trails before.

It is good that this place is written up as a comfortable farmhouse. It is fine but not probably fancy enough for some fussy clients.

Jenny is a great hostess . horses very suitable and well looked after. Countryside and riding safe and interesting.  A good balance between culture ( Jenny is very knowlegable ) and riding. She lent her own car to a non rider for trips.Very generous,  great food.

Enjoyed the most:
I loved the scenery on the trail rides--Jenny was smart to build us up to the longer rides starting with just 2 1/2 hours the first day. The horses are well-behaved and sure-footed. Also the food was fabulous! Wonderful staff.

A thoroughly enjoyable trip--Jenny is always so conscientious about safety and knowledgeable about the history of the area.  I hope I'll be able to return sometime soon.
