Spectacular Trail Ride

I rode he northern rim of Lake Tahoe and it was awesome. A long ride with camping and a pack horse. Another ride I enjoyed was Nehalm Bay in Oregon. Riding on the beach on the long penesulia with mountains at each end beach while watching giant whales in the Pacific Ocean was an memorable experience. Ride my profile to find out more about my trail riding adventures. Dale

About Dale Andrews

Trail riding in the USA for the past two years has been an incredible experience. My goal is to ride in all 50 of the United States, with adventures outside the USA in between. So far I have ridden the same Tennessee Walking Horse (Marshal) in 20 states. Looks like I will doing this for quite some time. After selling my company to my competitor, when he hit on a monoclonal antibody and went public, I retired young after 20 years of total dedication to my family and business. Divorced with 3 kids in college so I have freedom to travel as I wish. In my laboratories I manufactured Rh Immune Globulin for Ortho (J&J), Bayer, Upjohn and several countries in the EU and the UK. I am grateful that with my Rh IG vaccine raw material I played a small role in helping virtually eradicate Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn. I purchased a 3 horse Trails West Trailer with a fully self contained living quarter. (I had to get the slide out model so my 2 year old Great Dane (Boone) could have his bed on the floor). Marshal, Boone and I have traveled from Miami, Florida to the northwest corner of Washington State. We rode the mountains of Washington, the beaches of Oregon and several places in Northern and Southern California. I enjoyed the Sierra's north of Tahoe and many other places. Too many to name here. This winter I spent 3 months in south central Florida doing volunteer for the Dept. of Environmental Protection. I helped clear and establish trails in a 54,000 acre endangered wildlife preserve. Now I am planning my next trip to ride in some more National Forest in the USA. I drive about 6-8 hours and then overnight at horse motels, state and federal parks with horse camps, private ranches and sometimes fairgrounds. It's amazing how many hospitable horse people there are all over this great country. I will try to post some of the upcoming rides I am planning and hopefully meet up with riding buddies. Happy Trails to you from TrailDale@gmail.com. Ride safe and free. Dale
