We ask that you thoroughly review the Travel Document online. Log on to https://www.hiddentrails.com/login.aspx to view and print your Travel Document. The Travel Document has been assembled to help you more fully prepare for your journey and will give you some details on horses and tack, a suggested clothing list, as well as info on “How to get there”. Some of the general travel info (especially for overseas travel) is only meant to be a guideline. Please, check with your local physician re vaccinations, and with the nearest consulate re Visa requirements, etc.
Important! Please note that Hidden Trails will only send the information package and invoice by email - you will not receive a written copy! If you wish to receive printed copies, please contact our office.

Transfers
We suggest that you make all of your necessary travel arrangements and inform our office regarding your arrival and departure details as soon as possible.
If we are arranging any transfers for you, it is important that you let us know all of your arrival details at least three weeks prior to the trip start date. If we receive your arrival details less than 2 weeks before your trip, a transfer cannot be guaranteed. We will not send your travel voucher until transfers have been finalized or we have received your travel plans.
Trip Feedback
We will send out a post trip evaluation to your email a week after your trip is over. We always look forward to your stories, comments, suggestions, and encourage you to return the evaluation to us at your convenience.
